The majority of our orders are shipped with various carriers. Sometimes we use other carriers to deliver specific orders or to ease the load on the main carriers to meet our delivery promises.

The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. ✅ Preserve the Shine: Apply a thin layer of wax (car wax or furniture wax) occasionally to protect the finish and slow natural patina.

❗ Harsh Chemicals: Don't use bleach, ammonia, chlorine, or aggressive descalers. They damage the brass surface.

❗ Abrasive Materials: Avoid scouring pads, steel wool, and abrasive cleaners. They scratch the golden finish.

❗ Prolonged Moisture: Don't let water pool around the base of the tap. Standing moisture accelerates tarnishing.

❗ Acidic Substances: Don't let vinegar, lemon juice, or acidic cleaners sit on the surface. Apply, wipe, rinse quickly.
